Sony Online Entertainment and Sigil Games Online today announced the arrival of Vanguard: Saga of Heroes pre-order boxes in select retailers. The boxes should be available starting December 5th, depending on the retailer.

You may already have spotted it, but this afternoon Eurogamer TV is hosting an exclusive video of the Wyrm, one of several flying mounts available to players in Vanguard: Saga of Heroes.

Players gain access to land mounts once they reach level 10, but the imposing Shadow Hound will be reserved for those with higher levels. Not much is known about the beast, other than its ability to sprint across terrain and rugged mountains.
